CAST.IRON Chairman To Speak At Railfuture AGM

Tim Phillips, chairman of CAST.IRON will be speaking at the National AGM of Railfuture on Saturday 7th May 2005 at the Bull Hotel in Peterborough.

James Adeshiyan, route director of train operator WAGN who operate trains between London King's Cross and Peterborough/Cambridge/King's Lynn, will be speaking from 11.10am to 11.50am. He will be immediately followed by Tim Phillips, who will explain how CAST.IRON has been campaigning for the reopening of the Cambridge to St. Ives to Huntingdon railway line since July 2003.

Railfuture is the national campaigning organisation that promotes greater use of the Britain's railways for passengers and freight. It was founded in 1978 and has around 2,800 members.
